The Oxford Coffee Concerts were established in 1986 and are now one of the most successful chamber music series in England. The concerts are held most Sunday mornings throughout the year. The concerts take place in the stunning setting of the Holywell Music Room and feature some of the best musicians and ensembles from this country and abroad.

The Holywell is the oldest purpose-built concert hall in Europe. Opened in 1748, its elegance and beauty have played host to many of the world’s great musicians and composers.

The concerts begin at 11:15am and coffee is served at two pubs, The King’s Arms and Turf Tavern, from 10:30am and after the concert on presentation of a coffee-concert ticket.
